Let's make it quick quick. Not quack quack ya. Quick. Yeah I'm teellin' my Medan, Indonesia trip. Sharing my first experience been at others country. You gotta read this if you love travel. But if not, you gotta read this too because I'm spending lots time writing/typing and so forth. You're not going to disappoint me right, right em? Heee gedik.


I'm sharing my story my sorting it according to the topic that I feel interesting to elaborate with nyihii. Kalau cerita semua sampai esok pun tak abes derrr. Lulz. Even though I've been there for 5 days, but still there is limitation cuz we are following the tourist time. But still, I gotta lots of experience. All this story below is base on my own opinion. Other might be different. Read those if you love me. Nyahaa gedik again. Okay let's proceed.


Oh I've went to ;
Parapat, Toba Lake.
Berastagi.
Bandar Medan.


Place
The bangunan biasa je what they have we have juga. But I love being at Tasik Toba. Best giler. Besar gila tasik itu. Terujas. How beautiful the scenery. You gotta feel by yourself. :) The hotel there doesn't need an aircond 'cuz they have the aircond semula jadi olreadeh. Sejuk itu kerna Tasik Toba adalah kawasan gunung berapi yang masih aktif. That's why. Aihh gigil tidur malam and toilet will be your second room there. Bhaha :B I've mandi manda swimming pool with the other excos. We having fun playing Dato' Harimau in the swimming pool. We play with the water while the guys went to Bandar Toba. Plus the hotel was conquer by us only. So privacy! Nice time we arrived there. :)

Ni masa sampai kampung orang Batak Toba.

Foreign exchange
I be the Millionaire there :B their money are low which our RM1 equals to their 3000 rupiah. (semua orang pun tahu, i knowww saja nak mention juga) At the first night there, I've go to Indomarket which looks like 7E and the price tag was like rp 30000, 27000. Woooo so many zero macam mahal je takut nak beli 0_o padahal 3000 only cost RM1. Feuihhh. It was the first night experience. I get use to it on my shopping day :)
Certain seller are selling in ringgit malaysia to attract us to buy which I don't like :( yelaaa mana aci we come to your country then you are selling your barang with ringgit? Macam tu baik beli dekat Malaysia je kann. So if the seller are selling in ringgit. I won't buy. Bhahaha :B The seller there was really tricky especially dekat Toba Lake. Can you imagine we can get different price but same product. I brought Toba shirt for only 25000rp and the others get for 40000rp perghh tak ke dia ambil untung gilaaaa. And some friend get it for only 20000rp. Lesson we got there, harus bijak membeli apabila di sana. Barang yang murah pun boleh jadi mahal. You might get cheated. Careful.

Food
The food is good :) I enjoy eating minang, ayam penyet, bakso and all. Food is all good in others country. Yahh what do you expect if talking about food. Bedal je janji halal. Lol :B dekat Malaysia pun ada Indonesian foods kan. So tak lah surprise sangat dengan food dia. Tapi makanan dia berangin, my stomach not really get use with makanan berangin type. So for that five days, minyak angin will be my bestfriend. 247 sapu minyak angin di perut. Nyaha :B I will be remembered the ikan bakar there perghhhhh terbaik dari ladang. Kecuq aeq liuq. And the juice call "macam-macam rasa" i think. It was a mixture of many fruit. So yums. But unfortunately no picture, cuz that time I was lapar gilaaaaa so malas nak captured. Hee.


People
Bandar Medan are mostly Muslim up to 60%. But when we been to Toba Lake. There is lot of Cristian there. Luckily we have the tourist guide, Abang Azwar explain about there and I think he is really good in understanding Malaysian culture too. Maybe dah selalu dapat tourist dari Malaysia iya mas hehe. That makes us feel welcoming. :) dan pasal language. We only can speak Indonesian there. Kini bisa dikit lah bicara bahasa mereka.







Universitas
The university was look like school. But the lecturer there are Malaysian product. He's studying at UKM, Bangi. :) We are there for only one hour je. Changing the story about UiTM with them. Yeah nais!

Culture
Culture there more to cerita dongeng. You will get what I mean when watching drama Indonesia. Idk adakah ia benar ke tidak. Tapi it was fun to hear. Hee :) Oh btw, if you wanna know. Medan dulu adalah kawasan perang-perang. Sebab tu nama dia Medan. Heheh :)


Thats all I can share. It was nice feeling being in other country that you can really appreciate of being Malaysian. :) dan one more, experience! Experience is only your. No one can take it from you. So appreciated all you get. Bye and Take care! ;)
